Student in-take has increased tremendously since 1993/4. However, it is noteworthy that Accra Polytechnic attracts the very best of qualified candidates, thus making admissions into the institution very competitive. The institution produces thousands of quality and capable graduates yearly to industry, commerce and the public services (refer to statistics). In fact, Accra Polytechnic graduates could be located in various workplaces – from production lines to Secretarial duties to Accounting and Marketing firms, etc. Awareness of the capabilities of the institution could account for this attraction.

MATRICULATION
A matriculation ceremony is held in the first semester for the purpose of formally registering into the polytechnic all new students. Students who are not matriculated will not be regarded as members of the polytechnic. A formal dress code is observed. |
