This office continues to be responsible for the general welfare of students as well as serving as a liason between the student's body and management.
Manned by Dr. Obiri Yeboah, a member of the academic staff, and a secretary, it works in close collaboration with heads of academic units, the Polytechnic administration, Executives of students' Associations and the students Representative Council. There is a counselling officer who works under the dean of student affairs. This office also supervises the Polytechnic Clinic manned by a senior nursing officer.
